Community

It’s so important to have a genuine human regard for the people who work for you. To be a person of integrity, fight for people when they aren’t in the room, and do what you say you’re going to do.

We all know how important fraternity is. Having friends, colleagues, or even family who are there for us when we need it. Yet, sometimes we go through our prayer and worship life and don’t seek out fraternity. That’s why, as we walk through our Consecration journey, we’ll be walking alongside many others from our Diocese.

The goal of our Ministry is to bring Marian consecration to as many people as possible. We want to unite under Our Blessed Mother as we pray for the salvation of our families, friends, and communities.

Throughout the rosary journey, you will be able to join others in sending in your prayer intentions, which will get read each day on our site. You’ll be walking through each of the 33 Days to Morning Glory with others, both in your parish and at other parishes in the Diocese.

Our team members will be hosting events throughout the Diocese, where we can all join together and grow in faith, hope, and charity together! These events will be family friendly, so feel free to bring your little ones too! We want as many people to be praising Our Lady as possible. Please, sign up to our daily email to receive news regarding future events, but also daily readings that Our Ministry will be consuming that day!

The power of prayer

Our Ministry is centered around The Holy Rosary. At the beginning of the rosary, after the first Our Father, there are three Hail Marys that are prayed. Some people don’t know this, but those three beads are supposed to be dedicated in hopes of increase in the three theological virtues: Faith, Hope and Charity.

Our Ministry is keenly focused on growth in each of these virtues. Check out how by clicking each of the virtues below!

Faith

Through consecration, you’ll walk through mysteries of the life of Christ and become more acquainted with Him. By praying the Holy Rosary of Our Lady, you’ll be leaning more into your faith by asking for the fruit of each mystery. Finally, by reading 33 Days to Morning Glory, your faith will be explained in a different light, that is more applicable to your everyday life.

Hope

Through consecration, you’ll be able to take the struggles of your daily life into prayer. Whether it be work, school, or the death of a loved one, The Holy Rosary is one of (if not the) best prayer tools that we have as Catholics. Consecration is a daily endeavor – its giving our highs and our lows up to Our Lady, and serving her each day. 33 Days to Morning Glory is a great book that instills hope in you each and every morning. .

Charity

By joining our Consecration Ministry, you’ll be connected with others around the Diocese who are on the same walk that you are. Prayer intentions get posted on our sight each day, and you can grow in Charity by joining us for the prayer of someone who you’ve probably never met. By fostering a community and praying for one another, we can grow in Charity under the mantle of Our Blessed Mother, and consequently, Jesus Christ.

Saints on Marian Consecration

As Catholics, we join ourselves in prayer to the countless Saints that have entered into Heaven! As you join us in Marian Consecration, you’ll join the following Saints and more as you strengthen your devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary!
